Philip Garth Cane

The family of Philip Garth Cane announces his passing on August 28, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on August 12, 1959, in Cobourg, Ontario, Philip was a beloved husband to Terri and a devoted father to his daughters, Jessica (Russell) and Chelsea (Joshua). He cherished his role as a grandfather to Will, Cora, Patrick, and Summer. Philip was predeceased by his mother, Shirley Cane, and is survived by his father, Garth Cane, and his brothers, Paul and Todd. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, located at 30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northumberland Hills Hospital, Ed's House Northumberland Hospice, or the ALS Society of Canada.
