Patricia Ann was predeceased by her brother Dan Duggan, who was married to Donna, her parents Emma and Daniel Duggan, and her son Gregory Fleming. She is survived by her child Geoff Fleming, whose spouse is Robin, her sister Sandra Duggan, and her grandchildren Ayden, whose mother is Olivia, and Kyla.
