Stephen Webber

Stephen Scott Webber peacefully entered into rest on April 29, 2026, at the age of 66, following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Chatham on April 25, 1960, Stephen was the beloved son of Harold Vernon Webber and Barbara Ann Webber. He was the cherished husband and best friend of Heather Webber. Stephen was a dedicated father to Matthew, Kyle, Colin Stoliker, Bryce Stoliker, and Tye Stoliker, and the adored Grandpa to Emery, Lily, Abigail, Layla, Wes, Hudson, and Oakley. He will be deeply missed by his brothers, Doug and Paul, as well as his extended family and many dear friends. Stephen began his career with the Chatham-Kent Police Service in 1983 and served his community with honor and dedication until his official retirement in 2018. He was a true music enthusiast and a steadfast supporter of the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Detroit Lions, and the Michigan Wolverines. At Stephen's request, no funeral service will take place, but rather an open family and friends gathering to celebrate his life at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, Dresden. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
