Rena Oudkerk

Rena Oudkerk passed away on July 26, 2026, at the age of 88, at the Chatham-Kent Hospice. Born on April 14, 1938, to the late Armand and Cora Lucier, Rena is survived by her husband of 69 years, Walter, and their children Gary Oudkerk and Cindy Clark, as well as her grandchildren Dave Clark and Robert Clark, and great-grandchild Alex Clark. She is also survived by her siblings Doreen Donais, Eileen Demers, Diane Stover, Linda Béchard, Leonard Lucier, and Herman Lucier, and a sister-in-law Paula Oudkerk Van Poppel. Rena was predeceased by her son Michael in 1979, and siblings Ronald Lucier, Raymond Lucier, Roger Lucier, Reggie Lucier, and Jeannette Lozon. The family extends their gratitude to the hospice staff and volunteers for their care and support. As per Rena's wishes, cremation has taken place, and her family will be remembering her privately. Donations in memory of Rena may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
