Quinto Marchetti

Quinto Marchetti, a resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on February 9, 2026, at the age of 90. He was the son of the late Eugenio and Maria (née Ortenzi) Marchetti, and was born in Pietralta, Valle Castellanna, Italy. Quinto was married to his loving wife Nancy (née Di Flavio) for 71 years. They moved to Chatham in 1956, where they settled and raised their family. He is survived by his loving children, Anna and Gianni Marchetti, and his siblings, Domenico (Gina) Marchetti and Loretta Marchetti. Quinto was predeceased by his siblings, Lena Gardina, Giovanni Marchetti, and Angelo Marchetti. He will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. A private family service has taken place, with entombment at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Donations in memory of Quinto may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice, P.A.W.R, or a charity of your choice.
