Joyce Anne (née Trudell) Moon

Joyce Anne Moon (née Trudell) passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 79, surrounded by family at Riverview Gardens in Chatham. Born in Chatham, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Gladys (née Crowley) Trudell. She is survived by her beloved husband, William Moon, and her loving children, Carrie (Shawn) Renaud and Ryan W. Moon (Stephanie Lapierre). Joyce was also a grandmother to Hannah Renaud, Mitchell Renaud, Alexandre Moon, and William Moon. She is also survived by her siblings, Jean, Mary, Susan, and Rick. Joyce was predeceased by her siblings Ron, Pat, Dennis, Bill, David, Tom, and Ken. The family will receive friends at McKinlay Funeral Home, located at 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Cremation will follow, and an interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Joyce to Riverview Gardens - Long Term Care or to Sleeping Children Around the World would be appreciated by the family.
