Jean Claude Dumoulin of Chatham, Ontario, died on August 20, 2026, at the age of 82. He was born on March 21, 1944. He is survived by his wife Cindy, daughters Amy and Jennifer, and grandchildren Alex, Claudia, Nate and Evan. His caregivers Kaitlyn and Dr. Maclean also survive him. The family asks that, in place of flowers, donations be made in his memory to the CKHA Oncology Department and Cancer Care Clinic or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
