Jack David Johnson

The family of Jack David Johnson of Chatham, Ontario, announces his passing on October 1, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on December 14, 1947, Jack is remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was predeceased by his parents, Wilfred and Marie Johnson, as well as his siblings, Gerald, Bill, Bob, Larry Johnson, Audrey Young, and Marg Bell. Jack is survived by his wife, Diana Johnson (Arnold); his children, Angela Rozenveld (Michael), David Johnson (Breanne), Jacob Johnson (Jenny), and Matthew Johnson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brooke Johnson (Ryan), Gabriel, Grace, Autumn, Josh, Jessica, and Rosie; and his siblings, Jim Johnson and Lois Van Hooste. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to Chatham-Kent Hospice, whose care and compassion were greatly appreciated by Jack and his family.
