Irene Woods

Irene Woods of Chatham, Ontario passed away on August 20, 2026. She is survived by her parents, John Hewitt and Jennie Patterson; her sons James (married to Shannon Woods), Jerry (married to Cheryl Woods) and Blake (married to Doreen Woods); her grandchildren Rachel, Sarah and Kelson Woods; her sisters Jean Tait, Hazle Siddall and Doris Armstrong; her brothers Donald, Lorne, Archie, Richard, Jack and Ronald; her sisters‑in‑law Patricia Hewitt, Anita Hewitt and Jay Hewitt; and numerous nieces and nephews. A guestbook is available for condolences. Contributions may be made in her memory to Friends of Rondeau Park or the Jack Miner Migratory Bird Foundation.
