Elizabeth Ann Baker

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Ann Baker of Chatham, Ontario, who departed this life on August 26, 2026, at the age of 92. Elizabeth was born on August 5, 1934. She was predeceased by her parents, Ella (Myers) and Joseph Rabideau; her son Bruce Labonte; and her siblings, Clarence 'Guy' Rabideau (Mary), Marlene Seton (Rabideau), Norma Jean Rabideau, and Harland Rabideau (Deena). Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband, Robert John Baker, and her children: Steven Labonte (Jeannie), Michael Labonte (Donna), Allan Labonte (Kathie), Ralph Labonte, Norma Jean Alexander (Carl), Sandra Wass (James), and Brenda James. She also leaves behind her stepdaughters, Cathy Baker, Bobbi Lynne Baker, and Lisa Dixon (Andrew), along with 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. A graveside service will take place on September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Maple Leaf Cemetery, located at 75 Maple Leaf Dr, Charing Cross, ON N0P1G0.
