Donald Peterson

Donald Peterson passed away peacefully in his sleep in Wallaceburg, Ontario, on May 23, 2026, at the age of 90. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Donna, who passed away in 2018. Don is lovingly remembered by his children, Cheryl Dnes, David Lundy and his wife Sue, and Deanna Rivette. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brad and his wife Renae, Daniel, Jennifer and her husband Kevin, Amanda and her husband Gord, and Melissa and her husband Justin, as well as his great-grandchildren, Brianna and her husband Tanner, Ben, Kelsey, Damian, Tristan, Brooklyn, Madelyn, and Frankie. Don is also survived by his sister Jaquandra and her husband Richard, and brother-in-law Richard and his wife Dorothy, in addition to nephews, cousins, and friends. Don was born on June 26, 1935, to Edward and Bertha Peterson, both of whom predeceased him. A service will be held on June 7, 2026, at Drummond Hill Church, with visitation from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., followed by a service at 3 p.m. and a light lunch.
