Julia was predeceased by her husband, Alan Simpson, and her parents, Harold Brevoort and Florence Aulis Brevoort. She is survived by her siblings, Wallace Brevoort, Ruth Brevoort, and Nancy Brevoort-Powell (Bob), as well as her nieces and nephews, James, Becky, Tobi, Tammy, and Wesley, and her friend, Jeff Huckstep.
