The family announces the passing of Heather Joy Sample in Carleton Place, Ontario on August 10, 2026. Born on July 26, 1958, Heather is remembered for the many relationships and moments she shared throughout her life. Friends and family will honor her by reflecting on the memories and positive influence she had on those around her. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carleton Place Curling Club, located at 120 Patterson Crescent, Carleton Place, ON K7C4P3. In lieu of flowers, donations in Heather's memory may be made to the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
