Dennis Spencer

Dennis Spencer of Carleton Place, Ontario, passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on December 23, 1945, Dennis is remembered for the joy he brought to his family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Bud and Florence Spencer, his sister Wanda (Merlin), and his nephew Scott. Dennis is survived by his wife, Kathleen Spencer; his son, Chad Spencer; daughter-in-law, Tina; grandchildren, Lauren and Abby of Sherwood Park, Alberta; stepson, Dan Malloch of Carleton Place; and niece, Laura Wahlstrom (Pitcher) of Lincoln, Nebraska. Visitation will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, both at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, located at 19 MacArthur Ave, Carleton Place, ON K7C2W1.
