Anna Maria Facchin of Carleton Place, Ontario, passed away on August 20, 2026. She was predeceased by her niece Emma and is survived by her children Wally, George and Willie, as well as her brother‑in‑law Bruno. Wally is married to Colleen and George to Maureen. Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, 19 MacArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, ON. A funeral service took place on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Ruddy Shenkman Hospice in Kanata.
