Renate Erna Frieda KRANITZKI

Renate Erna Frieda Kranitzki (nee Niegisch) passed away peacefully on Friday, May 8, 2026, at the age of 90. Born in Schlesien, Germany, she later made a life in Cambridge, Ontario. She is survived by her children, Winfried (Fred) Kranitzki Jr. and Nicole Cichello (nee Kranitzki); her grandchildren, Alexander and Danielle Cichello; her daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Kranitzki (nee Thibodeau), and her son-in-law, Frank Cichello. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Winfried Kranitzki. Arrangements are under the direction of Coutts Funeral Home. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private ceremony was held. Donations in Renate's memory may be made to the Cambridge & District Humane Society.
