Peter Millar

Peter Millar of Cambridge, Ontario, was born on January 3, 1942, and died on August 8, 2026, at the age of 84. He was predeceased by his sister Doreen Neamtu, his girlfriend Lavonne Banz, his wife Judy Millar, his parents Henry (Harry) and Isabella Gordon Millar, and his sister Rachael. He is survived by his children Allison Cann (married to Andrew), Michael Millar (married to Kelly) and Adam Millar (married to Linda); his grandchildren Deleah Sweet, Isabella Cann, Olivia Cann and Carson Moore; his great‑grandchildren Sophia Millar, Charlotte Millar and Alexandra Millar; and his sister Aquitania. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 272, 26 Schofield Street, Cambridge, ON N3C 1Y3. In his memory, donations may be directed to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Grand River Cancer Centre Foundation, or the Saint Luke’s Place Building Campaign.
