Larry Padereski

Larry Padereski passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2026, at the age of 73, at his home in Cambridge. He is survived by his loving wife, Janice Padereski, and their children, Shannon Padereski and her partner Zak Schmidt, and Stacy Padereski. Larry will also be missed by his brother-in-law, Danny Gallagher, and his dog, Gus. He was predeceased by his parents, Joe and Ruby Padereski, and his brother, Ronnie Padereski. Larry had a long career as a supervisor at MTD Products, where he was known for his kind and good-humoured nature. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home in Kitchener on Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m. and a luncheon. Interment will take place at Williamsburg Cemetery. The family would like to thank the first responders and staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their kindness and compassion. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of choice would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
