Joyce E. REIDEL

Joyce Elizabeth Reidel (nee Dubrick) passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on February 3, 1929, to Lavina and George Dubrick of Kitchener, Joyce was a graduate of Kitchener Collegiate Institute. She married Cletus (Clayt) Robert Reidel on June 12, 1948, and they had five children: Peggy, Thomas, Wayne, Louis, and Susan. Joyce was a career homemaker and later participated in the family business, Reidel Floorcraft, before retiring. She is survived by five children, eleven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clayt, her parents Lavina and George, and her brothers Robert Dubrick, Harold Dubrick, Bruce Dubrick and his wife Glenna, and Ronald Dubrick. She is survived by Ronald's wife, Ruth. Visitation will be held at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., followed by fellowship and a luncheon. Interment at Parkview Cemetery will be at a later date.
