Jose Ribeiro was born on May 15, 1937, and died on August 19, 2026, at the age of 89. He is survived by his family and friends. Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street North, Cambridge, Ontario. A rosary took place at 8:00 p.m. the same evening in the chapel of the same funeral home. The funeral service occurred on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 185 Elgin Street South, Cambridge, followed by burial at 11:00 a.m. at Parklawn Cemetery, 750 Fountain Street North, Cambridge. The family requests that donations be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers.
