John Alexander ADSHADE

John Alexander Adshade passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 65. Born in Cambridge, he was a loving and kind brother, who was always ready to lend a helping hand, share a funny story or joke. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and especially his neighbors on Nelson Street. John worked for many years at Preston Metal & Roofing, and in later years, retired from Kromet Int. He is survived by his sisters, Verna Grube (Ron), Elaine (Gerry Berner), Cathy Thomson (late Wayne), Anne Riley (Ian), and Sharon King (late Bryan); and many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his sister, Alice Murphy (late Joe). A Liturgy of The Word will be held at St. Clements Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, Ontario, on Thursday, February 19, at 10:30 a.m., with Father Bradley Markus officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
