Irene Wynen

Irene Wynen of Cambridge, Ontario, passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on August 1, 1942, Irene was predeceased by her husband, William Wynen. She is survived by her children, Corinne (Ken), Yvonne (Dave), John (Julie), and Steve (Cathy); her great-grandchildren, Eloise, Theodore, Benjamin, Olivia, Simon, Archie, Audrey, and Sophie; as well as her sisters, Vandenhoff, Wynen, and Gertie (Martin). Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Corbett Funeral Home Chapel, located at 95 Dundas St N, Cambridge, ON N1R5N6. A rosary will be held on the same day at 3:30 PM at the chapel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, situated at 210 South St, Cambridge, ON N1R2P4. Following the Mass, a reception will be held at the Corbett Funeral Home Chapel from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul – St. Ambrose Conference.
