Betty Jean Dunn

The family of Betty Jean Dunn announces her passing on October 2, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on June 1, 1943, in Cambridge, Ontario, Betty is fondly remembered by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Bessie and Morley Elvin, and her sister, Evelyn Elvin. Betty is survived by her daughters, Kelly Anne Tryon and Denyse Audrey Hodge-Darke, along with her grandchildren: Amanda Vanderharst (Jason), Craig Tryon (Steph), Kassandra Spalla (Lucas), Jocelyn Darke-Taylor (Matt), Dawson Tryon, Ayla and Eleana Spalla, and Josh and Nathan Vanderharst. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM, both at T. Little Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. Betty's courageous battle with Alzheimer's over the past 20 years taught her loved ones invaluable lessons in patience and compassion.
