Matthew James Smith

Matthew James Smith passed away suddenly on May 22, 2026, at the age of 30, in Burnaby, B.C. He was the son of Catharine Smith and James Clinton, brother to Jessica Sangha and her husband Jason, and uncle to Charlotte Sangha. Matthew will be missed by his cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, great-grandparents, great-aunts, great-uncles, and many more in his family, extended family, and friends. A private ceremony has been held in British Columbia, and he will be interred privately in Ontario. A celebration of life will be held in Ontario in the near future.
