Wendy Marguerite CHADWICK

Wendy Marguerite Chadwick passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in her 73rd year. She was the loving wife of the late Robert 'Bob' (2016) and cherished mother of Scott, Doug (Nicole), David, and grandmother of Ryleigh, Payton, Colton, William, Helena, and Jack. Wendy is survived by her partner, John Gates, her lifelong friends Catherine, Kerry, and Louise, her sister Kathleen, and nieces and nephews Kimberley (Tom), Laura (John), Jennifer, Natalie, Matthew, and Michael, and will be forever cherished by Stephanie. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, John and Kathleen Strang, brother James, and dear friends Teresa and Jean. Wendy will be remembered for her love and commitment to her family and friends. A visitation will take place at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Thursday, May 7 from 12-1 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life in the Chapel at 1 p.m. and a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Wendy's name to Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation.
