Susan Barbara Matison Sedlbauer

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Susan Barbara Matison Sedlbauer of Burlington, Ontario. Susan was born on April 26, 1956, and she passed away on October 5, 2026. She is survived by her husband Ronald Sedlbauer, her son Brendon Sedlbauer and his wife Kylie, and her beloved grandchildren, Zoe and Max. Susan is also remembered by her siblings, Dr. Jane Matison Bauer and her husband Bruce, and Allen Matison, as well as her parents, Robert Matison and Barbara Matison (Sanders) of Earlville. She was cherished by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a burial at the Precinct Cemetery located at 4412 Wesley Freebairn Rd, Earlville, IL 60518. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Burlington Golf and Country Club, 422 North Shore Blvd E, Burlington, ON L7T1W9. Memorial contributions may be made to the American or Canadian Cancer Society, as requested by the family.
