Stephenie "Duffy" ROWE

Stephenie 'Duffy' Rowe passed away on May 17, 2026. She was the cherished mother of Anna Marie Haddad (Maher) and loving Glams to Laith. She was the dear sister of Carol and Donna, and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Stephenie was predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Dorothy. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington, on Monday, May 25th from 5-8 p.m. The family encourages everyone attending to wear colourful clothing. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA or to another cause dear to your heart would be appreciated by the family.
