Sandra "Sandi" Peggy Peggy Oram Humppi-Melnyk (Sandi)

Sandra Peggy Oram, affectionately known as Sandi, passed away on June 30, 2026, at the age of 76. She dedicated over 30 years to the Halton District School Board, inspiring thousands of students with her creativity and caring spirit. Sandi is survived by her children, Melissa Roberts of Burlington and Tyler Melnyk of Calgary, and her grandchildren, Luka, Jack, Noah, and Max Roberts of Burlington and Winnifred Melnyk of Calgary. The family is grateful for the exceptional care provided by the physicians, nurses, and staff at Joseph Brant Hospital during her final days. A private celebration of life will be held on August 13, 2026. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of choice in Sandi's memory or an act of kindness in her honour.
