Reginald Chadwick of Burlington, Ontario, passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 100. He is survived by his beloved wife Marielle and their children: Susan Chadwick, Craig Chadwick, and Cam Chadwick (Vicki). Reginald was predeceased by his daughters, Sharon Davies (Richard) and Laurie McKay (Diane), as well as his sister Marion Vardy. He will be fondly remembered by family, friends, and colleagues for his kindness and the meaningful connections he fostered throughout his life. Those who knew him will cherish the memories shared. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation.
