Peter Clarke

Peter Clarke passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on July 29, 1938, in Thorne (Doncaster), England, to Robert and Edna (nee Jones) Clarke, Peter immigrated to Canada with his family in 1975. He is survived by his beloved partner of 18 years, Roberta Johnston; his daughter, Diane (Mark) Lindsey; his son, Scott (Melissa); and other loved ones. Peter dedicated his life to his two great passions, family and sport. He worked as an office clerk and later as an office manager at Shaw Pipe Protection Ltd, retiring in 2003. Peter was a passionate badminton player, coach, and administrator, and he also enjoyed lawn bowling, winning multiple competitions and representing Ontario in the Canadian Nationals. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
