Martin "Marty" David PROWSE

Martin David Prowse of Burlington, Ontario, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the age of 64. He was the beloved and devoted husband of Nancy (Davidson) and loving father of David. Marty was the cherished son of Paterson (Pat) Prowse and the late Joan Prowse (2024), and dear brother of Donna and Brian. He will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Marty graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and went on to enjoy several leadership positions at Bell Canada and Metroland Media before retiring in 2022. A visitation will be held at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 12:30-2:00 p.m., where the Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m., followed by a reception. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations in Marty's honour may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Princess Margaret Hospital.
