Margaret Creswell (née Russell) CRAIG

Margaret Creswell Craig (née Russell) passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 86, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Robert Craig for 61 years and a devoted and proud mother to her daughters, Lynne (Craig) and Lorraine (John). Margaret was a cherished grandmother to Zachary, Jaime, Ryan, and Samantha. Born on August 26, 1939, in Paisley, Scotland, to the late Francis and Jean Russell, Margaret was lovingly remembered by her family in Scotland. She will be remembered for her love of family, warm heart, sense of humor, love for life, strength, and determination. Margaret leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will live on through her children, grandchildren, and extended family in Scotland. Visitation will be held at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions to jbhfoundation.ca/ctscanner would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
