Lorette Marie (née Babineau) Sedan

Lorette Marie Sedan, née Babineau, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 3, 2026, at the age of 92, while residing at St. Joseph's Villa. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Linda and John, and his wife Robyn, as well as her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Lorette is also survived by her brother, Yvon, and sisters, Cecile, Yvette, and Andrea, and her sister-in-law, Camilla, and brother-in-law, Harry Pomoransky. She was predeceased by her husband, John, her sons, Donald and Richard, and her friend, Helen Rogerson. The family extends their gratitude to the staff of St. Joseph's Villa for their exceptional care and compassion. A visitation will be held on August 9, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Botanical Gardens or the St. Joseph's Villa Foundation would be appreciated.
