Kreimir (Chris) ČUBEROVIĆ

Kreimir (Chris) Čuberović passed away after a long illness on March 11, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on January 14, 1933, in Kladovo, Serbia, he immigrated to Canada in 1956. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Persida (née Jovanovic), with whom he shared 70 years of marriage. He is survived by his two sons, Michael (Trudy) and Nick (Jackie), his younger brother Slobodan (Olga), grandchildren James (Chelsea), Alex (Kassandra), Stefani (Brad), Lauren, Daniel (Kelly), Erin (Brandon), and Evan, and great-grandchildren Benjamin, Lucy, and Scarlett. Visitation will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, BURLINGTON, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., where the Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Albright Manor in Beamsville or the St Maria of Paris Orthodox Church in Hamilton would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
