Jerome Curtis "Jerry" GODIN

Jerome Curtis 'Jerry' Godin passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 93, with family by his side at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, he was the son of Michael Godin (1968) and Albena Godin (1995). Jerry was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Syme) Godin for 42 years and devoted father to Chris, Steve (Jennifer), Jeff, and Lynne (Lee). He was also a proud grandfather to Brittany (Paolo), Danielle (Ryan), Brian (Dani), Nicole, and Ben, and a cherished great-grandfather to Sawyer, Scottie, and Reggie. Jerry was predeceased by his sons Randy (2025) and Brian (1966). He is also survived by his loving older sister Paulette Godin and cherished nieces and nephews Alison, Michael, and Lisa. A private cremation has taken place in keeping with Jerry's wishes. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Joseph Brant Hospital for their compassion and care.
