Jacoba Josephina (nee Aarts) HEINBECKER

Jacoba Josephina Heinbecker, nee Aarts, passed away on July 7, 2026, in her 95th year. Born on March 2, 1932, in the Netherlands to Adrianus and Helena Aarts, she was one of eighteen children. Jacoba was predeceased by her first husband, Lambert Wynen, who died in 2025, and her second husband, Ernest Heinbecker, who died in 1994. She was also predeceased by her beloved sons, Peter, who died in 1987, and Edward, who died in 2006. She is survived by her children, Ria and her husband Bob, Helen and her husband Larry, and Father David Wynen. The family is grateful for the care she received at Saint Joseph Villa in Dundas, where she lived for the past twelve years. A Funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King in Hamilton on Friday, July 10 at 10:00 a.m., followed by cremation. Donations may be made to the St. Joseph Villa Foundation.
