Hugh John Frederick BRANSTON

Hugh John Frederick Branston passed away peacefully at his home on August 4, 2026, at the age of 81. He was the beloved husband of Janis, with whom he shared over 56 years of marriage. Hugh is survived by his children, Jennifer and Melissa, and his grandchildren, Madison, Sierra, Kellan, and Hudson. He is also remembered by his brother, Paul, and was predeceased by his brothers, Ian and Barry. Hugh had a fulfilling career as a high school teacher and enjoyed lawn bowling and traveling with his wife in retirement. A private interment will take place at Bayview Mausoleum, and memorial donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
