George Willson

George Willson of Burlington, Ontario, passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 94. Born on July 28, 1932, George was a beloved figure to his family, friends, and colleagues. He is predeceased by his wife, Barbara Willson (Burchell), and his sister, Laura. George is survived by his children, Tom Willson, Linda Gallagher (Doug), and Katie MacKinnon (Bruce), along with his grandchildren, Andrew, Dru (Nichola), Chloe (Mike), Ayla, and Fraser, and his great-grandchild, Ness. His warmth and kindness will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations in George's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
