Frances Ann Oakley

Frances Ann Oakley of Burlington, Ontario, passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 91. She was born on May 20, 1935. Frances was predeceased by her son Dominic, her parents Murray and Frances Ballantyne, and her brother Edmund Ballantyne. She is survived by her children, Alexandra Alba and Nicholas Casimir, along with her daughter-in-law Catherine Pawluch. Frances cherished her grandchildren, Francisca, Christina Alba, and Simon Casimir, and her grandson-in-law Walter Albee. She also leaves behind her great-grandchild Lucia and her siblings Hugh, John Ballantyne, Elizabeth Ballantyne, Felicity Fairbairn, and Margaret Ballantyne-Power.
