Eva Angela REID

Eva Angela Reid passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on October 4, 1929, in Regina, SK, Eva lived in various communities in Ontario, including Islington, Oakville, Hamilton, and Burlington, where she raised her family. Eva was a professional trailblazer, enjoying a long career in finance and tax education with several companies. Alongside her beloved late husband, Charles, she was deeply committed to community service. Eva is survived by her devoted son, Charles, and his wife, Suzanne Tsuchida; sister, Olivia Chernicki; brother, Felix Kowalski, and his wife, Linda; grandchildren, Robyn, and her husband, Ryan Stewart, Tobin, and his wife, Romy Williams, and David Tsuchida, and his wife, Jenna; and seven adored great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles, and her brothers, Edward, Frank, Ervin, and Julian. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Smith's Funeral Home, followed by her burial beside her husband at Burlington Memorial Gardens.
