Duncan Herbert ROSS

Duncan Herbert Ross, a longtime resident of Burlington, Ontario, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on March 11, 1930, in Montreal, Quebec, Duncan was a devoted husband to his late wife, Peggy, for 60 years, and a loving father to Susan, Linda, William, and Peter. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Emily, Morgan, and Isabel, as well as his extended family, including David Stringer, Helen Menzel, Samira Taeb, Salimeh Miller, Ky Brooks, and Eliot Brooks. Duncan was predeceased by his wife, Peggy, his parents, Herb and Effie Ross, and his sister, Marion. He will be deeply missed by his family. A funeral service will be held at Smith's Funeral Home on January 5, 2026, with visitation starting at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind Foundation.
