Bud Wylie

Bud Wylie of Burlington, Ontario, passed away on September 1, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary, and their children, Allan (Claudine) and Sarah (Andrew). Bud was a proud grandfather to Samantha (Shaun), Katelyn (Sean), Henry, and Samuel, and a cherished great-grandfather to Violet, Charles, and Arthur. He was the son of Amethyst Wylie and Charles Rutherford Wylie Sr., and is also survived by his siblings: Kay (Ken), Donald (Marty), Carolyn (Ron), Bob (Betty), John, and Billy. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Appleby United Church, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Royal Canadian Legion.
