Barbara (Barb) Joan Marshall

Barbara (Barb) Joan Marshall passed away on April 19, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on July 9, 1934, in London, Ontario, she was the beloved daughter of Edward and Helen Ashley. Barb will be sadly missed by her husband of nearly 70 years, John, her sons Dr. Andy (JoAnne) of Ottawa and Doug (Angela) of Dundas, foster daughter Audrey Bresette of St. Thomas, and grandchildren Julia (Ottawa), Quinn (British Columbia), and Lisa (China). She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Phyllis Ashley (London) and Roseline Marshall (Mississauga), as well as many nieces and nephews, particularly Lynn and Kevin Best (Brantford). As per her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service, but a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME in Burlington.
