ANNE MARY ROBINSON

Anne Mary Robinson, née Grbac, died on August 16, 2026 at the age of 97 while residing at Extendicare Burloak. Born in 1929 in Alma, Lac St. Jean, Quebec, she later moved to Montreal to study nursing at the Royal Vic. She married Eric, her husband of 63 years, and together they lived in several communities before settling in Burlington. Anne was a former emergency‑room nurse and the wife of former Frontier College principal Eric. She is survived by her husband Eric; her five sons Stephen (married to Margie), Paul (married to Shelley), Thomas (married to Louise), Gregory (married to Sharon) and John (married to Cheryl); twelve grandchildren—Elizabeth (deceased), Joshua, Sandra, Damien, Gillian, Caitlin, Dylan, Glen, Eric, Alyssa, Natalie and Sarah; and five great‑grandchildren Sarah, Nicole, Katherine, Matthew and Gabriella. She is also survived by her sister Wilma. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Mary Grbac, her brother Walter, her sisters Helen and Mary (who died one month earlier), and a grandchild, Elizabeth.
