Dietlind Winter, a resident of Brockville, Ontario, was born on January 26, 1936, and passed away on October 7, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband, Horst Winter. Dietlind is survived by her children, Karen Harrison (Kirk Harrison), Marvin Winter (Kim Slack), and Audrey Lopez (Ron Lopez). She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Emily Harrison (Seb Amero), Ben Harrison, Chase Winter (Katie Seale), Reid Winter (Britni Pattison), Austin Winter, Elijah Lopez (Zaviyth Lopez), and Reuben Lopez (Hailey McDonald), as well as her great-grandchildren, Cormac, Valerie, Leo, and Noah. Visitation was held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, located at 4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9. A funeral service followed at 1:00 PM on the same day. Dietlind was laid to rest on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, located at 431 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y3. In her memory, donations may be made to the Rankin Cancer Run or The Salvation Army, both of which held special significance for her.
