Mr. John Anthony Stevens

John Anthony Stevens, born on April 25, 1951, in Sapawe, Ontario, passed away suddenly on August 20, 2026, at the age of 75. He was a man of many travels across North America, often found with a guitar in hand and a Labatt Blue nearby. John cherished his large family, which includes his beloved wife Violeta, his children Sergei (Courtney), Michelle (Rick), John (Lindsey), Colton, and Conner, as well as his grandchildren Tyson, Christian, Brandon, Alexis, Noah, Andrew, Sacha, and Sam, who will fondly remember their time boating with him. He is survived by his siblings Grant, Serena, Paul, Clarisse, Gail, and Barry, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends from Burlington and Brantford. John was predeceased by his mother Mary, first wife Candice, sister Sylvia, and brother-in-law Bill. A funeral service will be held at St. Pius Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11 am, followed by a reception and celebration of life.
