Morrison Olmstead (Hap)

Morrison Olmstead (Hap) passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 91. He was the beloved husband and soulmate of Gloria for 71 years. Morrison was a cherished and devoted father of Debbie and her husband Jeff, Randy (deceased) and his wife Shelley, and Terry and his wife Wanda (deceased). He was a proud and loving Papa to Nicholas, Alicia, Ashley, Brent, Ryan, and Kaytee, and was blessed with seven great-grandchildren. Morrison is survived by his sisters Helen (Bill deceased) and Darlene (Frank Marco), as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Gladys and William, and brothers and sister Jack, Betty, and Bill. A celebration of his life will be held at The Brant Artillery Club (Gunners) on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 1:00 until 4:00 at 115 Henry St, Brantford. In lieu of flowers, donations to Stedman Hospice or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
