John Adrianus Vollebregt

The family announces the passing of John Adrianus Vollebregt of Brantford, Ontario, on October 22, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on May 1, 1935, John was surrounded by many cherished relationships throughout his life. He is survived by his parents, Leonardes Vollebregt and Cornelia De Groot; his siblings, Aad (Lida), Corrie (Henk), and Leo; his beloved wife, Dianne Vollebregt; his children, Richard (Bernice), Peter, Paul (Lisa), and Caroline (Darryl); his grandchildren, Derek (Atenea), Meghan (Lucas), Ellen (Joost), Tessa, Max, and Mariella; his great-grandchildren, Diego and Paula; and his close friend, Elke Bosagri. Visitation will take place on Monday, November 2, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dennis Toll Funeral Home, located at 55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, situated at 9 Waverly St, Brantford, ON N3R2K2. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul or a charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.
