James Allan "Jim" Powless

James Allan 'Jim' Powless passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the age of 62. He was the beloved husband of Julie, loving father of Breyden, Elita, and son-in-law Gauge, and cherished grandfather of Isabel and Elly-May. Jim is also survived by his siblings, Betty, David, and Shirley. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre on Sunday, June 7, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 2 p.m. Donations to the Gihekdagye Friendship Centre, Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Last Post Fund, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
