Gilbert Marlen Bomberry

Gilbert Marlen Bomberry passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026, at the age of 80, in Hagersville, Ontario, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Lorraine Bomberry, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage, and a dedicated father to Tracy, Sean, Nancy, Tiff, and Alicia. Gilbert was a proud grandfather and great-grandfather to many. He is survived by his siblings Wendell, Becky, Eileen, Barbara, Doug, Frank, Jane, Carl, and Janice, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Gilbert was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Belva Bomberry, his brothers Bill, Stan, Tom Jr., Dennis, and Howard, his grandson Wade, and his great-granddaughter Drayonna. Resting at Hyde and Mott Chapel, a funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1 p.m., followed by cremation.
