Gilbert Marlen Bomberry

Gilbert Marlen Bomberry, aged 80, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026, in Hagersville, Ontario, surrounded by the love of his family. He was the beloved and cherished husband of Lorraine Bomberry, with whom he shared 45 beautiful years of marriage. Gilbert was a dedicated father to his children, Tracy, Sean, Nancy, Tiff, and Alicia. He was the proud grandfather to Dakota, Kia, Vaughn, Hunter, Tristin, Tarian, Aidan, Gavin, Tayton, Jessa, Nikayla, Janessa, Jerren, Josa, Jalayna, and Jemma, and the treasured great-grandpapa to Kaz, Vada, Haven, Ivy, and Indie. Gilbert was the loving big brother to Wendell, Becky, Eileen, Barbara, Doug, Frank, Jane, Carl, and Janice. He is predeceased by his parents, Thomas Howard Bomberry and Belva Bomberry, his brothers Bill, Stan, Tom Jr., Dennis, and Howard, his grandson Wade, and his great-granddaughter Drayonna. Resting at Hyde and Mott Chapel, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., on Wednesday, where funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
